These ultrasharp kitchen shears are designed for just about anything in the kitchen, from cutting sprigs of herbs and the strings off a roast to heavier-duty tasks such as cutting thin meats. Fully forged from an ultrahigh-carbon stainless metal alloy called Trizor steel, the blades have a higher carbon content than other kitchen knives and shears, giving them a higher tensile strength, which makes them stronger and more resilient. The ultrasharp blades come out of the box 2 to 3 times sharper and last up to 10 times longer than those of other brands, but can be sharpened with conventional sharpeners.
